How to straddle planche | Tutorial | gymnastics
This video contained of straddle planche progressions exercises.
Tutorials are great to see what you should do in order to get a picture for the particular skill.
For straddle planche practice it's important to train main muscle groups what involved into skill. It means you don't need to do all the exercises from the video, but one exercise for each particular muscle group would be enough (ex shoulders, low back, abs).
Also in gymnastics it's often when one skill help to another.
Like handstand support would be beneficial for shoulders development for straddle planche.
Planche is popular strength support skill and it has solid foundation in many disciplines such as gymnastics, aerobic gymnastics, calisthenics, breaking, acrobatics, bodyweight training.
Diversity of the programs gives wide amount of tools of how to straddle planche in gymnastics or similar disciplines.

Do you recommend to also train in Gym with weight for planche? if so would you recommend some drills?

Adel Sayadkooh there is really few drills I used to practice with weights (to get overall muscle corset strength) but the best output I get from bodyweight training. Ankle weights also great tool 👍

It’s really good tutorial but how do I just do a tuck planche? And hold it?

Start out of squat support, after try to crawl your knees on the elbows. Do lots of push ups with legs elevated.

The number 26.. isn't it for shoulder strenght and less for back?

Insignificant shoulders stabilizers work, mostly lower back, gluteus and core.

It’s all individually. Depends on exercise most likely I train 5 sets by 10 reps
