I just got the mielle rosemary shampoo. Ive seen a few ppl say it helps w growth (which they say rosemary does in general) idk if itd make a difference or not for 4C hair to get it loooong if itd start coming down more or not?! ❤❤

Do you wash, condition night before, add curling definition product the next day, and stretch the same day? My hair is super tight in the back and never retains curls, even with curl products. Can this method be used with mousse , or just use oil for stretching?

Hey I love the blow drying method! Was your hair wet when you did the stretching or dry? Would you recommend doing it on dry hair or should I wet my hair a little before I try it (hair is currently in twists)

I try to do it on mostly dry hair, I feel like doing it on completely wet hair would disturb the curls way more

Your hair is beautiful. Whenever I use the blow dryer to stretch, it ends up shrinking again after a few hours. Does yours do this as well?

Thank you! & yes this does happen but not drastically for me... it may have something to do with the products you are using or just that your hair is super healthy (high elasticity).

You can use headbands or multiple hair ties that are stretched out on each section. The headbands I use are the Goody brand Ouchless XL elastic hair ties

I would try to get your hair at least 70% dry before stretching. You can air dry or blow dry on cool until your hair is mostly dry then go in with the stretching methods💗

The humidity outside determines how much my hair will shrink after this method but generally I only have to stretch my hair one more time throughout the week (but that’s just me being extra lol)

Of course! Your hair will be more voluminous on day 2 hair as well & I would only suggest this on dry hair

I would suggest getting your hair at least 70% dry before doing these methods. Maybe blow drying your hair on cool before going into the stretching part💗

If you don’t want to use heat, you can use the cool or warm setting on your dryer, it may just take a little longer.

Solely for speed. I chose these methods over a braid/twist out because those take hours to put in, dry, and take down. & we love gel on this channel 💗
