How To Take Care Of Your Hair According To Your Hair Porosity Levels

When doing this experiment, ensuring you’re using air dried, freshly washed hair that aren’t styled or have any product on them. Hair porosity is largely genetic and also dependant on the kind of haircare/treatments/colour you’ve done to the hair. The porosity may change overtime with the right haircare. ⏺️ High Porosity This is when the hair sinks to the bottom and absorbs moisturise but cannot retain it. Haircare ranges with oils such as the Argan Oil range from @discover.pilgrim and the Extraordinary Oil range from @lorealparis, the Argan Oil one by @lovebeautyandplanet_in or one of my favourites the @cantubeauty Shea butter range or the @palmers olive or coconut one. I recommend using creamy leave ins like the @lorealparis No Haircut Cream or similar ones. The @olaplex range _in is also very effective on this hair type. ⏺️ Low Porosity This is when your hair floats on top. Hydrating haircare ranges like the @lorealparis Hyaluronic acid range, @mauimoistureindia hibiscus water shampoo @suganda.co clarifying shampoo @moroccanoil_in clarifying shampoo. ⏺️ Medium Porosity This is also currently my hair type. I use a mix of both sort of products. I do lean more towards high porosity when my hair are severely damaged so the key is to minimise heat, and to damaging semi permanent treatments to maintain this porosity level. Tips for increasing hair growth : Have at least 2 eggs in the breakfast. Eggs are a nice source of protein, which helps to increase hair growth. Before breakfast try to have 1 cup of yogurt. They are also loaded with vitamins and minerals, which promote hair growth and also keep it shiny and beautiful. In the evening, apply Reactivate serum of liitllextra as it has rosemary and several other ingredients. This works all the time.

I swear I have been listening influencers mentioning about hair porosity based hair care but then they never explain what it is or how it should impact your hair care routine. I began using lityleextra reactivate hair growth serum that has rosemary as my hair had been swiftly falling out due to stress and such. I had been only looking for anything to try, so this had been suggested, thus I decided for it. Within a few days, I saw significantly less hair loss when I brush my hair. Additionally, I noticed where I started getting patches of loss, there had been new growth. It actually irritate my skin a little right on the forehead hairline, thus I use a band to keep it from running down as also maintaining the head tilted back during application. The irritation vanished and hasn't returned, thus if your skin is sensitive or just to be careful, I suggest a hairband to avoid it from running down to your skin. In general, I'm so happy with this serum and will continue to use.
