The book Kissed the Girls and made them cry was life changing for me! I learned so much, I finally learned why I shouldn’t have sex before marriage. I made my stepdaughter read that book and I havr a copy for my daughter to read it when she is older. And Im so careful what my kids watch so they are not awakened before time
Since you have all started this podcast, I have devoured most of your sessions. As a mom of three, wife and working in ministry everything you guys talk about is so applicable and helpful. Seeing the family dynamics between y’all and the conversations it’s such a blessing I can’t even begin to tell you! I thank God for you all!!! My heart pounds as I know it’s time to start having deeper conversations with my kids (11, 9 and 5) I was sexually abused growing up and God has so healed my heart, but it’s just so scary as I don’t want to mess this up with my kids. I want to know how to have this conversation the right way. So to see you all talk about this openly it just eases the fear and equips me with the confidence I feel like I SO need. I have NO ONE else to look to other then Jesus of course and He is using your family to keep my eyes fixed on Him and comfort my heart 😭 Thank you so much so grateful 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙏🏼

This is helpful, but a little bit vague. I would love some examples of scenarios like, what do you do if your child begins exploring themselves sexually. Yes we don’t shame, but how exactly do you handle that? Thanks your wisdom. This is a great resource 🙏🏾

I rgot myself a True Love Waits ring as a symbol of my commitment, to waiting until my wedding night before engaging in a physical relationship with a partner. This decision was influenced by my past experiences with boys, as well as the way my so-called 'friends' discussed sex in a disrespectful manner. Their crude conversations left me uninterested in exploring such matters at the age of 19. Now, I find myself happily married at the age of 27 with two beautiful daughters, aged 7 and 10, both products of our love. While my eldest daughter has gained some understanding about the female body, we haven't yet had the comprehensive conversation about the broader topic of sex. Her closest friend happens to be a boy, so her interest in romantic relationships hasn't fully awakened. Currently, their shared passion is Minecraft. I'm truly appreciative of the podcasts that have been created. I often wish that such resources were available during my formative years.

We have 4 grown daughters and 1 son who love the Lord and are all saved. Would love to hear your thoughts on how to respond when a daughter moves in with a boy and claim it’s not a sexual relationship and Jesus is ok with this. 😮
