Since the beginning of time, men are not mind readers and us women, on some levels, usually expect men to instinctually know what we want. Thank goodness our brains are wired differently. Otherwise there would be no mystery or journey to romance and love. Getting clear on what we want and expressing it without fear, but with a gentle nudge is a great practice to take up. I don't know what he is thinking if he doesn't find a way to communicate it to me. Whenever we care about someone we should never keep them in the dark about what we need from them. An they are too conceited. I met men that couldn't speak the invitation to go together to a festival. Instead of saying: 'I d like to invite you to...." he said " are you attanding..." So? Or he coudn't estalbish an appointement, a tade a place and an hour. He was saying: we ll talk later, I"ll see later. A sick behavoir. Lole he was depending on someone elese, or a certain secret event, not on his free will. An everyone I met was like this.

Strangely I’m kinda going through this now regarding communication with a new guy. He’s in the military and super busy and can get called away and he did this recently and I didn’t hear from him and I just put it out there with him that no matter the time of day if he’s called out just txt me a code word and in that moment I’ll know he’ll be MIA for a few days and it’s been working so far, I even got a heads up last night that I may not hear from him much trust as he’ll be in and out of meetings. Communication hits differently when your dating someone with emotional maturity

Great video. My request: Can you create content and produce a video to talk about a long distance relationships and how to be creative and bond more closely due to the distance? Thanks! I would love for you to go deeper in this dynamic and guide on how to have a long and lasting relationship. My goal in my situation: We live 3.5 hrs by car, or 45 min by air, away from each other. No relationship starts the same or moves at the same pace. I love a lot of your tips. But at my age and experience, that I do my best to learn from, I can't help but see it isn't a cookie cutter plan in any relationship. Every man is an individual as well as every woman. I have no desire for another man in my life been 15 years of being single until we met 4 years ago. This started as a friendship and slowly growing. Has it been easy for me? Not always but apart from him my life has been difficult to walk as well. So, I have been learning to separate feelings, emotions and facts in this relstionship.. Thank you Matt God Bless you!

I have a lady that will request things in vague and expect you know. Anytime i initiate asking questions so i know exactly what she wants, she usually gets angry and that will end the conversation. It sounds like a relationship is some kind of job or project for a man. Something to "handle right". Even like a sacrifice. If one party wants to spend more time together, shouldn't the general question be whether the other party desires the same thing or not? Rather than "giving him a challenge so he can feel successful". I would say "I love spending time with you. And I would very much love to meet up about twice a week ( in stead of about ones as we have done so far). Would you like that too? Because I don't want you to feel like you are sacrificing to keep me happy."

My husband isn’t comfortable when he has to be away from me overnight. There has to be a “feel good” in it for a human to repeat a behavior. I’m not saying the person has to be uncomfortable but if you want attention it has to be rewarding for the other person to do that.

I think that if the woman in the story is somebody that NEEDS the presence of her man probably the pilot is not the best match for her because he would comply with her when they are dating but once they are married he is going to lax about her request and he is going to be away from home lots of times😢😢😢 and if the nature of her body ask for closeness and snuggling…😮😮😮 What could happens when she feels lonely. Being a pilot or a sailor is not recommended for being husbands of some women.

I think better if you state what you want / important for you. What you write sounds like you are trying to be flexible and depending on him. Maybe better to write smth like: Honey I miss you / I enjoy spending weekends with you / I wanna have fun this weekend with you (depending on how close you are/ stage of your relationships) or maybe even suggest something specific. I’m planning my weekend now so let me know how it works for you.
