you connect the flasher relay exactly as I show it here and if the flasher relay is good it is going to flash or blink like this one, the flasher has 2 lettes B+positive and -negative and the pin in the center is the out put control you connect this one to the negative on the battery also with the bulb and that is it, now it should flash.

hi and thanks for the question: normally if you hear noises or clicking from the flasher, that is a bad flasher, now you can find that flasher on Ebay or Amazon.
