Thank you, we're glad that you found the video clear and easy to understand! In your case if it is too cold than the cold control thermostat (or the thermistor or damper moder in models with a control board) can be the cause.
Replaced temperature control, Timer, Freezer Temperature sensor, Freezer heater and still freezer full of Ice. No electrical power at the Heater Terminal when on defrost. Frigidaire FFHT1826LW9
Thanks for watching. In some models there might be a thermal fuse in the freezer as well as a defrost thermostat. If those are both good and have continuity, then it could be an issue with the wires. You could check continuity of the wires individually to verify.
