My buddy just picked up a yfz and it lost spark. Initially thought it was the coil because my multimeter was reading 0 ohms of resistance in the primary coil but now I’m wondering if it just won’t read low enough without thinking it’s a shorted circuit. Ordered a stator too, I’ll be testing that tomorrow. Thanks for the helpful video
@@jtgross2324 problem ended up being something with the switch on thumb throttle and WOT sensor on the carb. Bypassed both and had spark again. Now my wife’s trx lost spark so I’ve gotta sort out another one when I have time 😂
Curious to know what was the issue on ur kfx450r i have a 09 been a pretty solid quad past cpl years besides typical shit like carrier bearings and the stupid bottom plate which I switched to Tranghese bottom plate and been awesome
