I love the explicit, implicit concept! Imagine all the implicit benefits of practicing even just one posture. Each posture offering benefits that maybe only that pose can access. It’s limitless. These hidden implied benefits don’t have to even be intended or known by the teacher. Thanks for that important distinction Rachael! ❤

I've been theming for years without a personal story and recently received feedback from a mentor that I should weave vulnerability and personal storytelling into my themes to create connection with my student's, which is actually challenging for me! So I'm working on the opposite lol! I would love a video on how to weave personal stories into a theme😆
