Top traits found in CEO 1. Growth mindset 2. Being proactive 3. Resilience how to move on even when they feel like not moving their ass. 4. Focus on results by paying attention to numbers. Such as tracking important things, optimize system, get rid of unwanted things. Write Project you want to get it done followed by make it 10X. Write 3 things you want to do that are useful but you aren't doing.

You nailed it again. Either I'm projecting thoughts into your minds or y'all are inside my head because it's like damn near every video y'all are sayin' somethin' I say regularly. This time it was the bits about making your goals unachievable. Yeah. On it. Mine are impossible and I made 'em that way on purpose so I'll always have somethin' to work at. Also, the bit about flipping the script from "I can't!" to "How can I?" is something I say all the time. Not the first time I've been surfin' the same wave y'all are. Keep it up. 1. *Growth Mindset* - believing that everything is to be learned can be learned. 2. *Being Proactive* - you don't wait for something to happen so you can react to it. You make something happen. 3. *Resilience* - how good you are at moving your ass when you don't want to. Write Project you want to get it done followed by make it 10X. Talking about 10x, when I wanted to get in shape, I was struggling to force myself to run 5 km at a time. Then there was a half-marathon happening in my town. I found out that it happens every year and I set a goal to not only participate in it next year but to complete it in less than two hours. That was one of the best decisions I ever made. Not only it became much easier to go for a run and gradually increase my running distance, but I also managed to get into the best shape I've ever been in.
