Before we head out for a throwing session or technique workout we do have to warm our body up! This video shows you how to easily warm up for any javelin throwing session.
All information provided is selected with best practice experience in over 10 years elite throwing. Please be aware that you do all exercises and hints shown in videos in this series at your own risk.

Excellent. Danke. See too many throwers show up for competition and start throwing in 5 minutes. question: do you not use elastic band or bungee cords for non-impact throwing sequence warm up ?

Joseph Greenberg Elastic bands, Fascia work and advanced mobility will be part of one of the advanced level videos - for beginners elastic bands can cause too many mistakes

I try to work both sides of my body evenly for muscle balance, even though one side will always be dominant. Just think if they went back to old style where you had to throw with each hand and total the two distances...
