I would like to see what you have found using ginger. I'm definitely going to by flaxseed and use it. I am really concerned with the wrinkles around my eyes and mouth more then I was since my last birthday. I drink crushed flax seeds, chia and cinnamon in milk 4 my breakfast every morning. I min in the microwave n let it rest for 20 mins b4 drinking. Flax seeds also excellent against hot flashes 👍🇨🇭😉.
Can I tell you 3 years ago I was in a freak accident where I crushed both my wrists and hands ...I lost hope and my body suffered for it I could not do most things the same way I used to I had to relearn a lot of things because I can't do things the same as before your videos have changed my life thank you so much

Also, since Nira claims to work by first breaking down collagen before rebuilding it, this leaves one with the following serious questions that no one seems to be asking about: 1- Are we to expect a worsening of our skin elasticity & wrinkles in the first stage (& If so, for how long? No one says)? 2- What would happen if, for one reason or another (say for example medical reasons) one decides to quit using the Nira after that initial (collagen breakdown) stage?

I've made this flaxseed gel for my hair (it's wonderful) - you don't want to leave it out. I would suggest freezing it in small quantities (like an ice cube tray) to have a daily, cool amount to soothe your eyes and skin.

I’m sorry about that. I had under eye filler about 8years ago. I had no problem with it at all but many people do. You have to be very careful. Filler’s don’t help much with dark circles, it’s more for volume loss. If you have lumps you should see a dermatologist. Try silicone gel patches under the eye.
Though you seem to give advise specifically directly at women as a man and getting older I am intrigued about those personalized face yoga sessions. My area of concern is under eye area, will try flaxseed recipe. But it is better with a product I came across with. But may be interested in your sessions. Neck area is another section I wanna tackle. A better jawline. But I also hear losing fat generally (in face included) as in a healthy diet, exercise helps.
