I'm no expert but it sounds like she's just being friendly, and isn't interested in the same way you are. Having eye contact and listening to you simply means she's confident and polite. If she doesn't let you touch her, she isn't interested in you as more than a friend.
You lost her when you told her how you really feel about her. She knows she can walk all over you now and you are not a challenge. Only thing you can do is move on.
TheIceAltair What i think in my head is, that you probably told her how you felt too fast, got to make a stronger bond before that, i think telling her how she can always count on you on anything, on any emergency, letting her know how much you care about her is more important first before you tell her your feelings, i think now it will take longer to conquer her, just keep it cool and keep making a stronger bond, take her out on dates if you both want.

Just a heads up; if a girl starts to put her arm around you or touches your lower back, she's basically telling you to touch her as well.
