Something no one talks about is mental energy. It’s hard disciplining yourself to eat certain things and exercising (if you’re a beginner) so I like how you emphasize on minimalism.

Whether for physical fitness or for anything else in life, when you start to lose motivation, refocus on your END GOAL, and always keep your eye on the finish line. That will help to reignite your passion or enthusiasm, as you will be reminded of your purpose for doing all of it.

Aesthetic muscles foundation: Upper chest, upper back, shoulders Beginner exercises: compound movements: 1. Incline bench press 2. Overhead barbell press 3. Pull-ups 4. Supported rows 5. Dips Start with the biggest muscle and the biggest compound movement. Maintain a 4-8 rep range for 3 sets Rest well between sets and workout days.

all i have to say is thank you. I've been trying to work out for a long time, but everytime i start to work out it is the same cycle: extreme motivation for few weeks -> start to burn out and lose performance/motivation -> quit the problem was trying to rush the process and overthinking. I kept searching things like "whats the best split" and all the answers i found werent actually good for me. This video made me see everything clear, i finally get why it is so simple. I've never felt so identified and calm watching a fitness video, it really opened my eyes

Really cool video. I dig the energy of this video, the production and the presentation of the content. I hope you get to your RU-vid and life goals and become even more successful! It is extremely important that fitness influencers like you become more noticed - there's no bullshit, no magic pill selling - just straight up teachings on how to do what and it's pretty realistic. And what you said about the fact that training has to enhance your energy is absolutely true. I've been a big fool myself and have quite a lot of times trained really hard and then felt like shit and a lots of tasks that I had to do through my day from that moment on couldn't be done in the same way, with the same joy or flow. Hardcore Gym Enthusiast here watching your video: I'm actually training to absolute fatigue almost everyday, if I'm not in the gym, I'm doing cardio, other stuff, basically moving all the time. Oddly enough I have been doing this for about 2 years straight now, feeling very tired constantly but telling myself I just have to keep going to build muscle. It goes so far that I'm scared of a 3 day trip now as I won't be able to do my routine there. 3 days!! I really have to learn that discipline to rest and not be scared of it that much:( thank you for sharing 🙏🏻

Good video. Honestly 5 or 6 days a week PPL split or Upper Lower & PPL split is probably better for muscle gain than Upper Lower 4 times a week. But it's much more sacrifice to make and not sustainable for most people, especially in the long run and as you said, if you are not a "Gym Rat" who's entire life revolves around the gym. Consistency, Progressive Overload every week and patience, and we'll all make it👊🏼

I am a fan of minimalist training myself, but what you you think of "Minimalist training gives minimalist results"? I've seen Natural Hypertrophy, Alex Leonidas/AlphaDestiny and Geoffrey Verity Schofield talk about how minimalist training (i.e. compounds focused) gives you the spider physique, i.e. small arms and big torso. I think the average person doesn't have the best arm genetics and needs to isolate biceps, tricep and shoulders for a more aesthetic look.
