Had abs most of my life, it's not that difficult. And yeah, I know it's genetics and where you store your fat, but if you are an active person and just don't eat shit food it shouldn't be difficult to stay lean.

The real secret to a chiseled jawline and facial features also comes from neck curls. Lie down with your neck hanging off, Place weighted plate on on your forehead, hold it to stabilize with your arms, Pump out reps. While you rep, you Mew as well, now you will have a wide strong ass neck, with a chiseled jawline and cheekbones. Obviously you cant be a fat fuck so get that controlled first.

My friend tried a keto diet for a month and he lost 6 kilograms then he started fixing his normal diet and doing some ab exercising and after about 3 months with the keto he had a 6 pack although it wasn’t the most defined he still looked amazing after it
