Translate WordPress Multilingual Site with TranslatePress on the Front-End

in this video, I will show you how to translate every part of a WordPress blog or website with TranslatePress.

Let me clarify some important things before moving on.
The Site Language of WordPress can be changed without any plugin in this drop-down under general settings.
That's great but if you want to further translate your theme and everything on your site, I recommend the TranslatePress plugin which is free.
Just go to Settings and click on TranslatePress, once the plugin is active, obviously.
For this video, I will show you how to translate some parts of the free version of Neve which is our WordPress theme but keep in mind that TranslatePress works with any other theme out there.

Thanks for this amazing video, but I'm facing a difficulty of not able to edit translated blog post with Elementor. Even when I'm on localized language web page and click on "Edit with Elementor", it takes me to default English page itself. Kindly clarify

I wouldn't recommend translate press for sub-directory multisite they translate the slug and you will have loads of 404 errors.

Hello, i have problem with translatePress beeing in conflict with one plugin. It shows unwanted span tags and it translates pdfs created by the plugin and fails doing that. Do you know how to exlude that plugin from beeing translated? In advanced settings you can exclude strings and words, but how to ceep out this plugin, that causes errors. Otherwise it works perfect!

Hi! I cannot translate the first page. I can translate everything else but the first page is not translated even if the plug in saved the translated text... Do you know what could it be? Also when I am logged in - it is sometimes working and I see translation on my website, when I log out - some of them disapear...

How does DeepL & Google translation API works together? DeepL doesn't support some of the langage, so if I use Google translation API, will Google API override the DeepL translations?

Great video. Thank you for creating it. I have the following issue: After translating the homepage from German to English and saving the changes, I encountered an issue. The plugin added "/de_de/" to the German version of the URL, resulting in an error message indicating that the page could not be found. Similarly, switching to English added "/en/" to the URL, but the error persisted. I've attempted to troubleshoot the problem online without success. Hello I recently translated my website thanks to your tutorial although My search console showed that I am facing an issue. Console says “Custom query parameter not defined in target URL”. My default language is Polish but i added English and German. These are exmaples of url’s : apartamenteuropejski.pl/?lang=en/ N/A Apr 5, 2020 apartamenteuropejski.pl/?lang=de N/A Apr 5, 2020 apartamenteuropejski.pl/?lang=en This is part of the code: “https:\/\/apartamenteuropejski.pl\/?s=%7Bsearch_term_string%7D&lang=en” How to fix this?
