Your best bet would be to bulk buy systems. and bring along 2-4 systems. And potentially give an emergency system with additional supplies to a family member or friend, so they could ship it to you if your bag got stolen. If you are not in one location for long it can be difficult to find a place to ship overseas, especially when it could take like 2 weeks to arrive.
