Hi Doc Dex! I heard nasa Calamba Doctors na kayo? I would like to visit you po! Hehe. So far po wala na akong gamot sa diabetes and hindi na po tumataas sa 104 ang sugar ko, given ynug 104 ay unhealthy ang food dahil sa handaan. On other days, mataas na po sa akin ang 98 and minsan I get to read 86. Thank you po Doc Dex sa diet plan na binigay niyo sa akin! I'll visit you po doon kapag nagpunta ako sa Calamba! See ya! Guys who are watching, sobrang effective ng diet plan na binigay ni Doc Dex! I am referring him to my friends, and they were also recovering from their diabetes! Highly recommended ang expertise ni Doc! ^_^

I definitely think that having a care plan has helped me manage my diabetes. I have a gp doctor and a nurse that helps me create a plan on managing diabetes. I highly recommend to always get checked up. Trust your doctors peeps.

Depende po. Magkakaiba kasi ang functions ng tatlong yan at depende rin kung may diabetes na kayo o wala pa. Best to consult a doctor.

Doc, I agree with the vegetable oils, which are also highly inflammatory. Also with choosing healthy foods. Whole Wheat bread is not better than White bread. . Pero ung explanation niyo po sa insulin resistance ay di accurate. I hope you can look into it. God bless po.

it has been shown na sa studies that this is the most plausible cause. if you are pertaining to dr berg na naman or jason fung, tingnan mo rin ang mga mentors kong sina john kelly, dr neal barnard at dr michael greger. and may i please know your background that you are questioning my knowledge that i have been studying for almost two decades?

@@Eman_Thoughts all the doctors you refer to are keto proponents. and it doesnt work that way. the carbohydrate insulin model of obesity that they are tauting proved to have failed experimental interrogation. the paper was done by Kevin Hall under the NutritionScience Initiative which is owned by Gary Taubes, another proponent of the ketogenic diet. In my practice of lifestyle medicine, I have reversed diabetes with the method I learned in nutrition and medicine. the ketogenic diet that you guys are promoting has also proven to cause Detrimental effects in the long run. so why are you saying na mali ang explanation ko? just because you saw these doctors' explanation?
