How to turn DELL Optiplex 7020 SFF into Powerful Gaming PC with RX 6400

Turned a Dell optiplex 9010 i7 3770 I found in trash at work I upgraded it now its in an all white gaming blue 4 blue light fans 1tb SSD Radeon Rx 580 8gb ddr3 32gb ram 550watt power supply 15 emulators and possibly a 1000 games that play off or online 👍

I did this with a 7050 SFF and a 1080p cabable Asus monitor. Asus monitor says "input not supported" when connected the GPU HDMI port. Anybody else have this issue? I don't have a 4K capable monitor, so is there any way to adjust the GPU output resolution?

If i get the same gpu and also a 512gb storage will the stock 250 volt power supply be alright?

my 7020 dosent have wifi in it but when i bought it it came with a usb wifi adapter but it is really unrilable and horrible but i also want to add a low profile rx 6400 so can i puta wifi card in it or do you know wihch one i can buy for it?

Please note not all 7020 SFF motherboards are the same, mines got 2 pci16 slots one blue the other black the blue is for a GPU card unfortunately unless you can take a hacksaw to the GPU or pull a capacitor of the motherboard its 10mm to long. However the good news there's a workaround in the form of a ribbon cable male to female you can use but the GPU will now be external. The Radeon RX 550 results in the same procedure, Both are on the edge of what the PSU can handle.

Do not buy a fully housed low profile card like the XFX Radeon RX 6400 card, the heatsink housing plate will hit the I/O connector on the Dell 3020 SFF board, I took it off and I got an "Alert! front I/O cable failure" every time I boot up. The Power Color and Sapphire RX 6400 cards will fit fine because of the heatsink gap! And also Dell makes stupid proprietary designs on their motherboards to piss you off by not letting you use dual low profile slot cards on most of their Sff cases with the PSU's close to the PCIe x16 slot!
