do u know good sorces for that thing is, there are so many ways andni belive to tense for maximal load aint bad, but if we do it for submaximal load it aint... also the amount of reps we do and the positions we want to manipulate

You’re on the ball there man. It’s a matter of what are you prioritising. When you hold your breath, essentially you’re momentarily disconnecting the mind and the body (minimising interoception) in order to execute a task, which is what you might want for a max load. However, most people in fitness hold their breath without a good reason. 90% of what we do in life and in the gym shouldn’t require a breath hold. You only hold the breath when the situation is dangerous enough to call for it.
