I have been practising this a lot and I found that for my image to look like yours at 4.20 I have to press dodge and then delete for if to change? once I do that it works fine, not sure why I have to do that? But thank you for sharing
I think a bit of your video is missing. After selecting dodge on the brushes layer, something different happened in the video because mine is a bit darker over the sharpness, but yours is very white/bright. I can tell you said something else, but it was cut completely and I don't know what you did.
