Thank you. It's such a simple advice but I've never really thought about it before. My problem is that I overthink and overestimate myself (ego/pride?) I'll start telling myself - it's okay to be silly. a silly little goose it is😂
The "turn off your brain" is such a simple tip, but a great advice. Overthinking always takes away our confidence, makes us doubt our self-worth and question other people's perception of us. I often criticize myself too much, worry unnecessarily even about mindless things and I'm definitely not quite there yet with my own confidence, but perhaps someday. I've been enjoying your content.
