Hi Ian, it ultimately does not matter. If it is spinning the wrong direction, either swap the leads OR change motor direction in the ESC settings

That is labeled directly on the receiver in most cases (item number for plane it came in) Check for updates is exactly that, it will ping our server and see if your receiver is out of date and suggest an update.

Works on DX18 DX10T and DX9 First gen models, other then that no.

In some cases you can roll back to older firmware, but in your case, if AVC is the cause, then there are no updates that are going to change that. BUT disabling should make the throttle channel work just like any other. What exactly is happening?

@@SpektrumRCvideos thank you for the response and interest! The light controller is a DG-1 Dragon II controller from MyTrickRC (excellent kit). It has a mode to use functioning brake lights. However, using this mode with the SR6100AT receiver, the brake light LED flickers very randomly and sporadically. I think AVC is probably the cause even when disabled, or possibly telemetry So, I used the SR515 instead and the brake lights work perfectly 👍 I wondered if I could update the SR515 to use telemetry on my DX5 Rugged once again, BUT, only if it was possible to uninstall the update if it was actually telemetry that was causing the brake light fault Thanks again!

@@yaffajaff One thought I have is instead of Y harnessing off the Throttle channel is to Mix throttle to say Channel 5. That way you are avoiding the potential of AVC or Telemetry causing any issues.

At this time Programming the esc via text gen programming on the 6250HX is not supported. Keep an eye out for a update to come in the near future :)

Actually a update just came out that supports Textgen. So it should be working on v5.5 for the 6250HX. Make sure your radio is up to date as well :)

The AR7200BX is a flight controller developed by Microbeast with a Spektrum receiver built in. Completely different devices designed by different companies really. If the DX6 is an EU version it will not bind to DSM2. Not sure about why you are having issues with Lemon RX. Make sure when you bind you are not too close to the receiver.

Just trust it’s working if you do not get any alert from the aircraft, then unplug the battery and take out bind plug. When you turn everything back on just trust it will be binded. Worked for me with a mix match setup

IF you have a SR515 that does not have the Smart Logo on it then you will want to update to get Smart support, beyond that there is no need to update for general use.

@@SpektrumRCvideos I do like the newer RX like the SRS6100AT and SR6110AT they are newer updates for FW, and telemetry. I do not care about telemetry but FW updates would be nice for SRS6000 so my question if I have NO issues with my SRS6000 is there just a "must" do upgrade for the other RX? AVC and all functions work just fine.

The DX5C Smart is already updated. And all our receivers at this point are coming with the update. For AVC, currently we only have the SR6100AT. Hope that helps!

So if I buy the Spektrum SR315 3-Channel 2.4GHz DSMR Sport Surface Receiver and install in my Typhon, I will still be able to control it with my DX5C Remote correct I just will not have AVC/Telemetry correct? Also, i am looking for a hard case for my DX5C AND i was wondering if this is the correct case for it - the Spektrum Hard Case for DSMR Surface Transmitters?

Check polarity of plug, try the power via cable option, and in some cases you need to click the connect button. Otherwise more info may be needed to help troubleshoot

I had an issue with the same thing yesterday... I found out (reading RC Groups Forums) that you need to use at the most, an 8 gig SD card that is "not" rated as a 10. I found an old crappy 8gig SD card and it worked better then my 32 gig sd card
