I've used a 220cdi dual mass flywheel with the pressure plate from the 320cdi (rated to 550nm) .on my 300td om603 with an hx35 and 7.5mm dieselmeken. Has been running for about 10k km by now, works great and cheap as well. plug and play

So i have. DPUK budget flywheel and clutch kit I want to only change the clutch as the flywheel fits good. Will this volvo pressure plate and TTRS diisc work on it ?
Is the diameter of the starter ring gear the same as the original for OM605 and OM606 so you can use the same starter motor without problems? Do you know how thick the fywheel is from the friction surface to the crankshaft muonting surface?
Is there any kind of clutch disk and pressure plate that can handle +350hp that can fit into om605 with 200d flywheel and 270cdi 6-speed manual gearbox? Or do you need different flywheel/modifications for the 200d flywheel?

@@CZSMotorsport That 712 is used in the 940 Turbo. That pressure plate is a direct fit to the Sprinter SMF flywheel stock threads and the 3 guide spigots? Sprinter flywheel need machine to flat surface, but best machine 0,5mm more to best clamping force? Will be interesting know 712-707 Sachs pressure plates bolt pattern measures, and the 765 from E34 M5 BMW, this last can be 2,5-3mm height the friction surface up, looking photos in Google, all for 240mm disc.
