We work closely with our resident scrutiny panel on incorporating their feedback into our services, as well as how we communicate with our residents on a range of topics.
In late 2022, they told us that residents would appreciate some updated ‘How to Videos’ covering household tasks that people may wish to carry out themselves.

Bloody hell, old Blighty created the chips that go in all our smart phones and this is the best we can do with heaters?

Isn't the whole concept of storage heaters nonsensical? If something heats up, then it's going to emit heat. Turning the output all the way down makes about a 1% difference. You may as well try to collect and store light.

It heats up brick inside the heater and keeps it in until you decide to release it during the day. Because you use the electricity at night, the cost is less than if you used it during the day. Those were designed by engineers, and have been in use for decades. Even though it’s still cheaper to use than non storage heater, it’s still very expensive with the electric costs of today.

@@veewooshi9882 Is that if you ask it nicely? It’s obvious that you have no actual experience of using storage heaters.
