I just bought one a few weeks ago, after seeing at my gymnastics gym. As someone who has really struggled with upper back and shoulder flexibility, this may be a game changer. I already use a rumble roller, which is amazing, but I like how this can REALLY get into those tight spots, give that "it hurts so good" feeling, and really loosen up muscles.

Someone gave me a Theracane 10 yrs ago , whenever I use it , it does wonders ! I will be purchasing the book you recommend as far as the TRIGGER POINTS ! I Think that book will make me use the THERACANE alot more ! Thank You Kai ! Love Your Content ! ❤

Got my Theracane a few days ago and it’s amazing how well it releases tightness. For under $50 you have a tool you can use at anytime to release trigger points, I’d say that’s great value. Great informative video btw! Theracane should send a cheque your way for promoting their product 😂

My husband just bought me a theracane, learning to use now. I depend on Tiger balm and salon patches but if I can practice and hit that one muscle pain I think it’s good. I’m athletic and have this back pain for years. Thank you for this video, it is helpful and giving me hope

Don’t have a theracane but it was already in my amazon cart. Now I’m definitely purchasing one and the workbook as sometimes I find it hard to reach spots in my shoulders with a lax ball. Great info!

GOOD advice especially when - again - you mention breathing. Where I live in Asia what you might call amateur acupressure (as well as professional) is part of the culture and there are a few similar items on sale, but none quite so well designed. Although my favourite was a rubber golf ball stuck on the end of a bamboo stick which you would use to hammer on a knotted muscle. Cost about 2 bucks. And hey - did you lose weight? Look 10 years younger.

That's crazy I had just bought one of these I have a pinched nerve and it caused my triceps and chest to shrink on my right side bought cane to work out muscles
