Hey Wolfgarde, that is a lovely comment, thank you 🙏🏼 I think perhaps becuase the Theracane isn't a sexy, expensive gadget is doesn't get as many views. I'll admit, I haven't used mine for a few weeks, except I have been laying on a hockey ball for my shoulders (ouch!) but because of your comment I am going to mix it up and use my Theracane today.

Laura Try I do Bootcamp workouts and I am always sore it random places, so it sounds like this would do the trick!

Awesome work for doing boot camps. I used to do them- they are tough! Yes, this would definitely help! That bit around the scapula is dreamy! (If a little sore!) I also really like the quads and calves. Super easy to use compared to a foam roller.

Given your personal accomplishments, your endorsement is right on the money! I purchased my Theracane just after I began my massage therapy career in 1984! I CAN ATTEST-YOUR THERACANE WILL NEVER BREAK! No one mentions it, but your Theracane always looks brand new-it won't smudge nor sustain any nicks or scratches. Under no circumstances buy one of the knock-off brands! They break, bend, and are a waste of money. The only complaints are from people who haven't taken the time to learn how use it properly. So check out the manual and RU-vid videos carefully. (I'm about to purchase a Theracane MAX that screws apart in the middle, making it less bulky in luggage.)

A great presentation there, Laura..very well organised and explained with lots of relevant information. Like your accent and manner! And your gigantic Atlantic row..."wot" a legend! I am a "part time" remedial massage therapist and have recommended the Theracane to a number of my clients and friends over the years. I would only recommend that trigger point therapy needs to be static but the stroking is good too. In any event, yes...the Theracane is a a great DIY massage device IF it's used diligently. Cheers!

It's funny that it comes from Denver Colorado, and that's where I currently am and got hit while cycling and needed to buy one of those. 😂 not funny that my whole body was broken, still healing, but getting closer to my normal. Also glad to be alive. ❤

I have a very nice massage gun. My massage therapist gave my a theracane that she didn’t use anymore. It is far superior in reaching the upper back and far more efficient then the massage gun. Great for hitting the rhomboids that you could never reach with a gun

Hey, I hadn't heard of this so googled it. The Body Buddy Cane looks pretty much the same as Theracane. I suppose my only doubts with that is that it looks way too complicated with so many nobbly things - perhaps unnecessary for all that. Only my thoughts, but expect they both do exactly the same thing and have the same results: a plastic stick digging into muscles to release fascia and knots 😆

I bought my massage gun with 2 heads for 63£ that's not exactly 100's of pounds haha...Best time to buy is when deals are on during xmas or near Jan! best 60£ ive spent.

Good video but you’re incorrect regarding the price of a massage guns they range from £50 upwards and you certainly don’t need to pay hundreds for a decent one. If you go on Amazon now there are literally tons which are cheaper than 100 which are equivalent to the more expensive models

Hey Dino, valid point. Many of the cheaper massage guns are not very good quality though, hence what I included in the video. Either way, the Theracane rocks 😀

I bought an 'S' shaped version of this tool, it is excellent. I agree. It complements a gun, or is good in its own right.

It's not a great tool. The plastic has a horrible feel in the hands and where you massage. It slips easily. Apart from shoulders its quite unpleasant and not useful on other parts of the body.
