Please mention that e-mails/user you buy under the domain have to be admin of the google workspace/g suite so that it can be possible to add it under instantly

You can add any user/email account from Google Workspace to Instantly. You need to be logged into Google Workspace with admin account to add the access to Instantly prior to connecting the rest of users/email accounts.

When do you suggest we add more domains and mail boxes? Currently have 360 emails being sent per day with a 1.7% reply rate. About 1-2 maybe leads generated a day. Do you think I should tweak the copy to yield more replies or add more mail boxes? Appreciate your reply in advance :)

Before scaling up, you should optimize what you have. Test different versions of your copy to see if you can improve the reply rate. Or, get more domains/accounts to test with different offer, leads and niche.

@@InstantlyAI Thank you for getting back to me. Niche - PR, the 1-2 leads are converting most part into booked meetings. So you are saying even with 360 emails should be getting a 3-7% response rate before adding more domains and accounts to scale to send more emails correct?

Good stuff. So 50 emails a day? Does that 50 include the warm up email s? So if the instantly warm up sends 20 a day does that mean we should only send 30?

Yes, you are correct. From each email account, you should send 30 cold emails + 20 warm-up emails. But before that, if your email accounts are new then you must warm up them for at least 2 weeks.

@MilesGJones you can actually create 3 email accounts on one secondary domain. If you have 5 domains, you can make 15 email accounts with your email provider. It can be the same name on all of them, just permutate the first and last names and initials.
