I'd recommend using Trello, Monday or Asana to organise your workflow and task delegation. Excel is so eye-soaring. By the way, to all the folks outside of the UK - this is what a Northern English accent sounds like.

Dope video guys love it, in regards to researching your clients brand, doing market research is an important slice of the pie. Consider coke when they entered the Russian market and the branding mistake they made. I get the gist of what you're saying though. Currently doing a session on marketing basics if you want to check it out! Keep up the great content

thanks for tool tips! we write two 1000+ word articles a week inhouse. on a year basis our organic traffic raises by 20%. however, these visitors don't generate leads or conversions. I wouldn't say they are not our audience, but we engage them in a different purchase phase. We are already doing lead forms, and other things to make visitors stay more on our website, and results are there, but the question is, how do you upscale from there?

@@thefutur I don't think there are any solid paid courses when it comes to UI/UX for programming. It would be awesome if you could partner with somebody using your monolith design brand. You are the absolute leader online when it comes to running a creative business, and sifting through your comments there are a lot without graphic design experience that have more technical skills.
