Jackknives are a fantastic choice for a core workout. In this video I will give you three options to work towards and try out.
OPTION 1
Lie back on a mat. Put your hands by your side. Whilst looking upward lift your chest, legs and back at the same time. Repeat 10 times.
OPTION2
As option 1 but with your hands by the sides of your face.
OPTION 3
As option 1 but try and move your arms towards your feet during the movement
