How to use JBL TUNE 220 TWS on Windows10 

if you are struggling with the laptop/computer asking for a pin, follow these steps and it will connect easily 1. go to the Bluetooth menu and keep the earphone case open with both earphones inside 2. make sure the earphones didn't autoconnect toyour phone orother device 3. press on the headphone icon not the computer one I used jbl 225 tws, I hope this helped somebody

everyone who struggles with your laptop asking for a pin, i contacted JBL customer support and they said that those type of earphones are only compatible with smartphones and tablets. they don't guarantee that the earphones will work with a laptop or pc

hi, i have windows 10 and those jbl earphones. I have successfully connected the earphones with my smartphone but on my laptop they wont show up when i try to add them in the bluetooth section. Is there something i can do?

In my case they didn't want to connet because i already had another bluetooth headphones connected as bt audio device, try to unpair all other audio devices first

It doesn't connect, only Paired status. I tried disconnecting again and tried again and still nothing. On mobile device there's no issue, only to the windows 10 laptop.

Unfortunately JBL phones only works with Windows to listen music, videos etc. If you want to use the JBL´s mic to make a call (Teams, Jabber, Webex, Skype, Zoom etc) it won´t work.

I dont trust people who dont have their taskbar on the bottom of the screen.

I bought this product recently which works fine (when they are connected to my mobile phone and to my laptop) except that when I connect them to my laptop Windows 10 and I attend a Teams meeting or Zoom meeting, they do not work. Indeed, they work fine when I record with voice recorder and when I watch videos on PC. Do you encounter the same problem as I? Thanks.

Hey! I tried to connect mine too but it didn't work. When you connected, headphone symbol was shown but in mine computer screen and a CPU types symbol showed up while finding the bluetooth device. I hope you understood what I am trying to tell you. Please can you tell me what to do now?

Hi All, Thought this will help someone struggling to pair their JBL TUNE 220 TWS with android and laptops. I recently purchased a JBL TUNE 220 TWS and it connected to my iPhone without requiring a pin, but it did require a pin for my Android phone and laptop. To connect the earbuds to my laptop, I followed the steps below: I put the earbuds back in my container and double-checked that there were no other active Bluetooth devices near my laptop. I reopened the container and then I clicked add Bluetooth devices and seeing the proper pairing device popped up and that didn't require a password. I can also use these earbuds to make an audio/video call via MS Teams. To connect the earbuds to my Android, I followed the steps below: I put the earbuds back in my container and double-checked that there were no other active Bluetooth devices in the nearby area of my Android, and I reopened the container and then when I clicked find Bluetooth devices, it finally displayed the proper pairing device that didn't require a password. Now everything is fine. Thanks

My other Bluetooth devices have so little latency it's not even noticeable when I connect them to my PC. But these things have around 300ms
