I have a problem : I charge them then they work a little and when I put them back in their case they unload and I can’t use them after that and when I think they are charged they actually are not ! So I can’t never use them… Please help
Hi, should the buds be stored in the case, even when they arent in need of a full charge? Worried that it will wreck the battery if they are partially charging all the time.....thanks in advance
Just bought these and was impressed by the quality of the sound and that's all. The user manual is not worth the paper it's printed on. It says when charged the leds don't shine on the ear pod case but I get 2 leds shining even when I've charged all night! The manual shows me how to increase the volume by holding the button for 2 seconds on the left (to lower sound) and 2 seconds on the right bud (to increase the sound) This function does not work at all. The left ear bud does not skip to the next number when you click once instead it just pauses the number playing, this is what the right ear bud does also. I bought these without reading the reviews, big mistake as there are so many bad reviews. I'm going to ask for my money back. Worthless product.

hi Theodora, try holding the button on the left earbud for about 2 seconds (it will make a sound) a couple of times to lower volume and same on the right earbud to make it louder 😊
Hi! I have a problem with the left earbud. It it turns off after almost 1-2 minutes and if I try to turn it on again it turns off after a few seconds. I have tried with the factory reset, but nothing. Any advice? Thank you :)
If I'm using left side single piece using it's not working but if I'm using right side it's will working together connect but single using left side it's not pair

Hi, putting them into the charging case will turn them. They can stay in the case even when charging is completed. Or press and hold the button the earbuds for >5 seconds, that is to turn them off manually.

Not a big fan ! When I first used them they were good it lasted 3 hours and it was super importent cause it was for a Show as a singer in Monaco 🇲🇨 they were holding ! I sang just after Lionel richie actually in the yatch club ! But not it does not work anymore ! Every time I charge them they work a little and I put them back in the case and they unload until next time I need them so it’s like I need to keep them on charge for ever !!!! Help
Hey, I have a slight question about mine. I just got mine and they were working fine the last few days, but now the charging case/cradle won’t charge. All it does is that the 3 LED indicators on the charging case blink white constantly. I’m confused. Thank you for reading this
I connected my earbuds to my laptop and my Iphone, the earbuds connect to the laptop easily but they don't connect to my Iphone... I already paired the earbuds to both devices. I just need to use my computer for online lessons and my phone to listening to music. Please help me. Thanks.
I believe this model can only connect to one device at a time. So when it is already connected to the laptop, it cannot connect to the iPhone at that moment. When you disable Bluetooth on the laptop then the earbuds should be able to connect to the iPhone.

likely a dumb question, but does the cradle retain a charge and thus allow headphones to charge inside it, or does the cradle need to be plugged in to a socket?
I do you the cable that it came with for charging. Most other cables will work also. But I did experience some cables that did not want to work for charging these earbuds.
120 vs. 220 are just different earbud shapes, while the driver and the electronics are identical. The newer 125 and 225 have different electronics compared to the 120 and 220.
If I remember right, then this model transmits the battery percentage to the smartphone (In 10% increments). Most newer phones are capable of displaying the battery percentage of connected Bluetooth devices.
That varies by phone. My Android phone shows the percentage in the Bluetooth settings screen. My iPhone has it in the Widgets screen. There are also apps available that can show the percentage in case the phone does not do it by itself.
Sorry, I never used an app, since my phone came with that feature. So I don’t know any of them. Someone mentioned an app in a different comment in the past. But I do not remember what it was called.
Avoid these earbuds! Sound quality is pretty poor and battery in left one lasts for about 15mins after 6 months of ownership. JBL supposed to be a good brand, this is very disappointing!
@@mmoskon you have definitely done something to them cuz i have had these over a year and the sound quality is atleast as good as in the apple airpods and the battery is on the same level as it was when i bought these
@@hv6705 they are back under warranty, waiting for new ones. And I definitely didn't do anything to them, I've taken them out of my home literally once on a vacation, they even never felt on the flor :)
@@mmoskon how is the battery life on the warranty replacement? Mine are brand new and I’m only getting about 2 recharges out of the case in a full overnight charge.
MegaSafetyFirst sorry again but this jbl are suitable for every type of ear 👂?I have the normal apple EarPods and they are comfortable.I tried this one time and they are less suitable
