I really wished i would have seen this video when i got one a month and a half ago. Cuz this thing had me so pissed that i threw it against a wall and broke it. You made it look easier than the directions. Now i got to get another one.

I got this about a month ago and I haven't been able to use it because the instructions were so convoluted and I found this video and it's worked like a charm since. Thank you so much for explaining the instructions in a way that are so easy to understand and not confusing in the slightest bit.

Bought these times a few weeks ago as my husband and I are going away for a week and don’t want our neighbors to worry about remembering to turn lights on and off. I have spent the weeks since the purchase trying my damnedest to figure these out. No such luck. Finally “give up” and go to RU-vid and yours was the first I saw…. THANK YOU!!

This helped so much! I have a heat lamp and a uv lamp for my tortoise but only needed them both for the day. So I just plugged a drop cord in the day timer and it cuts them both on for the day!

I too experienced this frustration. The directions are just plain stupid..... Just pictures and no explanation. I managed to figure out that I needed to raise the little black pieces on the dial for the entire time I wanted the "night" plug to work- but 2 things threw me off. The first being that mistakenly assumed that the hours in black meant "p.m." cause you know, it's dark, and that the switch on the side had to be slid toward the clock icon. How stupid of me to think that "ON" meant that it was supposed to work. LOL! I guess when a company has stuff manufactured in China, the less English in the instructions, the better? Thanks for taking the time to record and post this video. My daughter's leopard gecko will be so happy now!!!
