Great tip! Never thought about using soothe for kick and bass. I usually use Fabfilter C2, and multiband sidechain to duck the entire low band, but this carves a precise exact pocket, cool

Btw, to anyone who can't afford the expensive Soothe2, you can do this with the Spectral Compressor which is free.
