I heard you should not roll away from your heart. Sad that she did not reply. This is a reason videos get thumbs down. Seems like an ad to me. just say'in
Come on girl. Myofascial release doesn't reduce the amount of fat adhesion. You have a ton of followers don't provide "alternative facts" without peer reviewed evidence.
How long do you use it for? How hard do you push? Is there anything you shouldn’t do? These are questions that are typically answered during a ‘how to’ video.
how long 30 - 50 seconds maximum twice a day, she says that in the video. Anything you should not do ? Not to much pressure... like did you never massage your muscles or someone elses muscles ?
Do you roll hard towards your heart, or can you roll hard both ways ? I read you should not roll hard away from your heart when doing your legs, arms, or any area....
I saw this thing on amazon and I was curious what it was. To use the massage stick on yourself seems terrible. If someone uses it on you that seems a lot better. I would just get a foam roller if you're going to use it to massage yourself.
My PT used The Stick as part ofy therapy. She suggested to get one for home use. I did, and I find it is easy to use myself and helps my muscle pain so much!
@@LxTxSURGE still trying to figure out what you were flexing. You can’t say shit without offending someone nowadays. It’s a fucking shame how soft America has become.
I asked if it would help relieve my cramps, Believe it or not in all my 50 plus years i do know what causes cramps, mine are not due to any particular deficiency in my diet but are from other causes.
Hello. This reminds me of something that is used in some styles of Tai Chi Chuan called a "Bang" {rolling pin} used for hand strength development for Chin Na {Joint Locking} & some use it for deep tissue massage. This Massage Stick Roller looks like a softer version of The Bang. Thank You for Sharing.
too much talking at beginning 2:02 is when video start...everyone calling this girl a beauty need to go out more, her feet are dirty af too...all that being said it was a good video
