I laid mine out fully unwound and painted marks at every 2.5ft and every 5ft, so I had some idea how much line was out. If you hit something, you at least have an idea where it may be.

Is there an actual mark just before you get to the 25' mark? Will the cable fall out if you go too far? Thank you
@mustangpapi76
@mustangpapi76 5 месяцев назад
I just pulled it out all the way and mines just stoped. It stays in. I did painted the cable every 5 feet in white like you did and painted the end of it red to tell me that all of it. Great tip. 👍

Dont underestimate the value of this tool...i had a backed up sewer line and using this in the cleanout pipe, I was able to clear out the clog. Saved me $300 and only took aboit 15 min of work....tool paid for itself at least 4x over. With that said, follow this guys instructions because it explains it perfectly

Exactly. I looked at what it would cost to have Roto router come out and then I looked at the price yes and I said I’m gonna try to do it myself and it worked. Good luck on your future projects and thank you for watching.

Scariest part of seeing what you pull out is the thought that if that plant got in there, you have a broken pipe somewhere that will either fill again, or worse, be collapsed by weight of dirt.
