Dear Customer, Thank you for the comment. The situation depends. Could you please check whether there is any blockage like hard objects between the roller brush and the cover? Clear off the blockage and restart the machine to see if the noise still exists. If the noise still exist or there is no blockage within the brush and the cover, you are encouraged to contact our customer service team via email, and they would help you with troubleshooting and then solve the problem. ​@@TinecoSupport I hope so, maybe they could avoid Dyson patents by different shaped cyclones; egg shaped, pyramid cyclones! Tineco is first with the dust particle counter auto suction and all models have LED lights which Dyson copied to the V15 Detect.
