I was only able to use my PS4 controller if the usb was connected, and still couldn't use it without being connected even after I tried this. Went to "browse" when in the "add a game" screen and went to the game itself(Mortal Shell) and it worked after. Thanks man!

I'm having problems when I click play on epic games it goes in for a sec or two then I goes back to the play thing

this worked at first, but now, every time I open the epic games store, it switches right back to steam.

My controller still doesnt work. Just got thps 1 2 remake and it doesnt work when i launch it from steam neither from the launcher nor directly from the game. it works on my steam games, but not on my epic games. Help plz

At first it didn't work for me. But then I restarted steam and shut down epic. After steam restart I launched epic through steam and launched a game(elite dangerous in my case) through epic. Aaaaand it worked! Thanks, man!

Epic games just closes as soon as you open it through big screen mode

i just bought a wired ps4 controller... when i plug it in it lights up green ( in the bar between the joysticks ) but if i HOLD the option + share button it turns blue. when i launch the game ( like you just showed ) it wont register the controller in rocket league when the controller is "green" but if i change it to blue it will allow me to press any button on the controller on the start menu to get to the main menu. HOWEVER , thats as far as it goes... it stops working.. it acts as if it is the second player... it asks me to press "start" on the controller to "join" and then it just adds another "player / car" on screen... any ways of fixing this problem ? thanks.

It doesn't work for me... I used my pad until last night, and now it doesn't work anymore, it happens only with Remnant from the ashes game from Epic games. I tried other games from my pc and from Steam and everything is all right. I cannot figure out why just now I can't play anymore. (I have DS4Windows app)

okay this video doesn't work for some of us idk why. but i tried this one and works. instead adding Epic games to Non steam game. try adding the game.exe itself i added Batman.exe from C:\ProgramFiles\EpicGames\Batman Arkham Asylum\Binaries\batman.exe it works now. thanks btw

i did all the steps and launched the game Im trying to play(dauntless) and its not working. i could just play it on my ps4 or switch but my pc is waaayyy better and I'm really having a hard time with mouse and keyboard. does it just not work with dauntless or am i being dumb
