Peppermint is great for hives and menstrual cramps, for hives I used 2 drops on a cotton pad and coconut oil and apply where the break out are and keep applying as needed, also you can apply coconut oil and peppermint and either apply on feet and stomach area, also you can add some to capsule with coconut oil, this will help ease them horrible cramps. If you want it to work faster you can add two drops under the tongue. loved your video by the way.

Annie's Simple Life is think I have. I have watched some of your Facebook classes and follow you on RU-vid and instagram. I have used essential oils since I was about 27 but am trying to learn more and improve my life as this year is not ending or starting great for me as I lost my dog suddenly in October and my favourite cousin in January. a positive is that my car crash of 2012 has finally settled after 3 court cases two of which were in the high Court. myself and my 2 year old son were injured and I was pregnant with my now 3 year old daughter. onwards and upwards 😀 looking forward to 2017.

When you rub the oils on do you just put it right on the skin or do you mix it with fractionated coconut oil? Not sure if its safe to put directly on sensitive skin or if I am using it on my little one if I can put it right on? Thanks!

Especially for little ones, I would recommend mixing an essential oil with a carrier oil like coconut oil or olive oil.

Totally off subject but to remove a sticker from a jar, i use a hairdryer to heat up the glue, and then i can very easily peel off the sticker.

Kristen Gurley Everybody gets their oils directly from Young Living but they need a Sponsor first. I am a Sponsor, and educate my oil family on how to use their oils. I started out using oils about 4 years ago, just getting the membership for the discount! That’s what 94% of people do. After a while, I started sharing how much I love the results I was seeing from them, and bingobango, started sponsoring others so they could also get their membership and I could educate them on how to use the oils. ☺️ We’d love to have you in our oil family, Kristen! 💕

I'm halfway through this video and twice now she has mentioned putting drops of oil on your shins. The second time, around 9:15, she says shins but indicates the inside of her wrists. ... Shins, really? Never heard this before.

Sandy Smith yes, I'm serious! Shins for your, we'll say, lower digestion. Peppermint to slow things down, DiGize to speed things up. It's a reflex point for your digestive system.
