I use the fluid without heating the bottle and the process was still working and unclogged my printer nozzles. I will consider heating the solution next time as a backup if needed. Thanks for the tip 👍

Yes the heating of the bottle is only in extreme circumstances and if you cannot push solution through with normal temps.

A much easier way is to use the microwave! Open the bottle, insert a (tea)spoon handle and warm up several seconds. (I use around 10-15 secs/100ml. Try out for your microwave. Just make sure it never boils!)

Just make sure the plastic bottle doesnt go in the microwave. Only the solution.

@@BestPrinters As said, most bottles can be warmed in the microwave very well! Only PET bottles might give problems, but I never encountered any cleaning fluid in a PET bottle yet 😉.

Ok you welcome questions. What exactly is the chemical make up of the cleaning solution? My guess is that it is alcohol. I doubt that it is turpentine or gas. Perhaps it is acetone. Or maybe it’s a mixture of alcohol and acetone.

It is such a special ingredient that I cannot tell, haha! The fluid components are glycerol and propylene glycol.

Ingredients strongly depend on brand! Most common is a mixture of distilled water and amonia (5-20%) and sometimes also isopropyl alcohol (2 to 10%). So you can easily make it yourself!

No dont! Microwave and plastic doesnt go well.

@@BestPrinters Most plastics ARE suited for the microwave! (Though PET might deform) Note that most microwave containers are made of plastic! Most bottles usely used for cleaning fluids do very well in the microwave. Just make sure there is a metal spoon or so in the fluid to make sure you don't overheat it. (without the spoon the fluid might be overheated without signs and can start boiling when removing the bottle.)

Just a mixture of distilled water with 10% amonia will do the job most of the time! (And is MUCH cheaper.)

Love the product. Gesturing with both hands on every -single - word- is really disturbing. I have to watch from the neck up. Some gestures are good. This kind of hand waving is wayyyyyy too MY PILLOW GUY for me. Still like the delivery and the product.
