My Epson ET-2750 Eco Tank printer has printed 14,000 pages, and for quite a while has had printing issues. Lately, no yellow was printing at all. With a big printing project coming up, I was looking at RU-vid videos searching for a replacement printer, and found this video on your Best Printers Tech Cleaning Kit, and gave it a try. It was worth the risk. It took a while to complete the process, but the printer has been given a new life, and is printing flawlessly now. Thank You!

Also, question: Is there a way to clean the “ink tanks” themselves? Mine “show” that they have ink in them, but since I’m having problems, I think that’s deceptive and they could be “ink-marks’ on the tanks themselves but my ink is maybe much lower if not empty. Any insight into this issue?

this was the PERFECT solution! My printer had been in storage for a year and a half, and was fairly new when it went in. When I finally unpacked and set it up, it was printing blank pages. This is a $400 printer and NO WAY could I imagine buying a new one, and I was highly skeptical this would work, and positive I would be covered in ink when I was done. Nope! It is perfect! It was so easy, and I let it sit to dry for 24 hours, and this morning, PERFECT PAGES! The printer alignment finally worked, the cleaning worked, and now my pages are printing bright and clear. This stuff is amazing! Now, is there a way to buy more solution without buying another kit?

On the et 2720, after pushing the solution through….do you fill your ink before turning the printer back on, or do you turn the printer back on and then fill the tank ?

Having trouble, cleaned my HP Office Jet pro 6978 with your kit, and ran 5 or so cycles of printer head cleaning, and it worked for the first few pages, then the black disappeared again. Should I throw in the towel or should I try again with another kit? Not sure if it's' worth doing again.

At this point you should run a printhead cleaning until you get all color back. Even if you have to buy another set of ink in the process. It can be corrected.

HP 6835. Worked at first now I only have black. Put in a new yellow and it worked and now it doesn't.

I just traded my hp Officejet 6700 premium for a new Epson ET 3850. The reason I purchased a new printer is I was getting a print head error on the hp. Today I am wondering if this cleaning kit would have fixed my error problem with the hp. Setting up the ET 3850 today.

Hi, i have the HP page wide 577dw. for the past couple of months it's giving me a solid white/peach color vertical line/blemish (3 inches wide) on the same spot of the page when it prints blue or gray (not black). wish i can email you an scanned example. question #1 is this a clog issue that cleaning the print head can help with? question #2: as far as i see, due to the position of the print head, it would be very tough to reach to conduct this clean, am i wrong? Thanks!

forgot to mention that i did the level 1 and level 2 cleanings multiple times, did the printhead align, change the inks (very expensive OEM HP 972 cartridges). didnt improve even a bit

Hey, I ran the cleaning solution through my Epson 4750 for my clogged black ink. I finally started to get some black ink printing, but now when i turn on my printer it goes into fax test mode and then turns off, I've never seen this before.

Hola Brandon. Yo quiero un kit, soy de Colombia y me compré la ET 7750, pero prácticamente no la pude estrenar. Imagínate que llenaron los tanques y en el viaje debió secarse la tinta y la mandé a una cuidad principal y me dijeron que no tenían experiencia con esa impresora y que no fueron capaces de arreglarla en el viaje de vuelta la dejaron destaada y se maltrato la impresora y se regó toda la tinta y nadie sabe arreglarla porque nadie tiene esa referencia aquí, no sé si aún sirve, pero veo lo que dices y creo que ese kit podría ayudarme. Tú crees😮😢. Ye agradezco

I've been lucky and the HP 9025 hasn't needed cleaning, it prints or one of the carts is empty. I would suggest selling your cleaning solution in a refill option so folks that have bought the kit can get more cleaner if they run out with out having to buy another kit. I like that you include almost any adapter needed to fit the printer head you have. I'll just take the head out and deal with it if it ever plugs up, I love removable print heads.

I have an Epson ET 2760, we were able to flush, using your cleaning product, through all colors except the black. It will not push through. We use our Epson rarely as this is for our home use, and when we tried to print we got nothing on page. So we watched one of your relative videos to help us “unclog” our colors. We are now in the waiting period to run another cycle to run the power cleaning again, but we were unable to get the solution to push through the black nozzle. Can you please advise us ? Thank you so much for easy to follow instructions and helping the “little people”, lol. 😊
