This is my perfect 4C wash day routine! Got dry damaged 4c hair? I'm your girl! I know it can difficult to know how to wash 4c natural hair but I hope this helps. We gotta retain length. We gotta hydrate. This is the most updated 4c wash day I have. I am ' like the I'm literally writing this a 1:14 am on Christmas Eve. Please like the video. I'm so tired.

My hair was thinning like yours at the beginning of the year and instead of being patient like you, I shaved my head like a dumb dummy. I learned how to braid and I'm going to keep my hair braided up for a year so I don't get too impatient again. Your progress is inspiring.

That made me die laughing, I just finished watching this weird ass video, not expecting anything entertaining in the comments especially considering it's a hair video done by quite a weird person imo, and she acknowledges that she's weird too, which usually doesn't mean anything and I was caught off guard by the fact that she actually seemed like a weirdo to me, so I guess that means I actually expected her to be normal despite her odd singing, or be relatively tame when in came to her weirdness because she called herself a weirdo, but anyway, the first comment I see is, "My hair was thinning and instead of being patient I shaved my head like a dumb dummy." It was so funny because it just sounded like you felt instant regret after doing it, or maybe not instant, maybe you realized you could've fixed it or something. But I think that the thing that made it funny, or funnier, is because I'm assuming you actually could've fixed it cuz you said, "instead of being patienet." I don't know how bad hair thinning is but I never imagined and don't really believe that it's cause to just shave your head, and that made it a little funnier because it makes you sound so stupid, not saying you are, I mean you called yourself dumb, but I'm just saying it made you sound stupid, and honestly your self acknowledgment of it didn't make it any better, or dumber, because you realized and acknowledged that it was stupid, to me it just made it even more funny.

For me, my length & thickness retention is from consistently clipping my ends & NO daily manipulation. I wear Celie plaits under a satin scarf, then a nice headwrap or fly hat! The thickness has DEFINITELY improved!!

Girl, when you first started blow drying that section and let go and it just sprang back into place!! 😂😂😂 I saw a video by Naptural85 where she said all the heat from that thing comes out of the very top, so you have to actually point the top of the blow dryer to your hair if you want a legit or faster blowdry. Glad you are taking a well-deserved rest. I hope to be like you and do the same (not from youtube, just life. Do you think my 14yr old will let me take a break from him? lol) Also, I am a picker as well. I have found these acne stickers to be a LIFE SAVER! Not only do they actually get rid of pimples overnight, but I noticed that they help me prevent scarring! My face scars if I look at it too long. I swear. 😭 Not only does it do all of that, but somehow I have ZERO OCD obsessions to pick at my pimples when I have a sticker on! So it is helping with that as well. The brand is Avarelle. Something that might help your hair grow is protective styling!! that is what has helped my hair grow so much, leavig it alone for about a month in braids, and i stretch my hair before braiding and it just has grown sm!!!

Try cutting out, blending the inside the of the aloe leaf and strain it with a nut bag to get the aloe vera gel. This usually gives out more gel and is easier for hydration and application. Sending love all the way from South Africa 🌻❤️
