How to Wire LS Swap Fan Relays 

This was my experience with installing Dorman electric fans, a Denso 32" radiator, and an AC Delco 145 Amp alternator, with the BP Harnesses (relays, fuses, etc.), AC upgrade kit and BP tuning of my PCU. This was on a 2000 Silverado 1500, Z71, with a tow package, and the 5.3 engine with 148,000 miles. The truck also had a new/rebuilt transmission, a Scan gauge device and a new clutch fan installed last year.

ordering the 002 kit for my build. i dont have a pink wire with my harness though. can I hook up my green and blue wires and run the pink wire to a switched fused 12v? thanks

Nice video i got gen3 harnes from u the harnes got 2 Red wires for e fans i still need relay? The fuiste box got 2 relays for fans

Just installed mine from BP on 00 Silverado. Works great but after getting up to temp, a relay is clicking and won’t stop til I turn off truck. Customer service couldn’t help only states it’s in my calibration. I have HP tuners and followed others setup that has no problem. Any suggestions? Thanks.
