Hey! I’ve currently wired my ls fan exactly the way you have done it.. I have fan1 and fan2 coming off my pcm.. the pcm is programmed for 180 on fan 1 and 210 for fan2… for some reason the pcm isn’t grounding enough for the relay to trigger.. if I use a jumper wire from the ground control wire to anything metal the fans turn on.. the relay you used isn’t a special relay or anything is it?

Great video one of the best I seen on explaining things! Only question I have for you is the green wire you’re talking about for the ground did you D pin that from your harness and then hook it straight to the relay? Or did you like splice into it?

Hi jovani! Great info here just one stupid question. On your fan relay harness the ground is pin 85 but on mine pin 85 is switched power. Do I de pin and switch or keep as is?

Hi Jovani… on relay pin 30 which you explained goes directly to battery, do I need to add a fuse on that wire somewhere in between relay and battery? Thanks

So I have the eBay harness also but I’m running twin fans,I think there’s two wires for fan control at the harness, dark green and dark blue my question are both wires ground ? And if I use two fans at two different temps,do I just set up two relays ?

If my donor pcm was from a 2001 suburban which had a clutch fan, do I need to program the ecm to recognize the fans?

Looks great ! Now how do I tie in the a/c request wire from the vintage air system/ trianary switch?? The pcm can control the fans with the ground signal (the green and blue wires) the "a/c request" wire just says "12v when a/c is requested"... is this where we tie in the trianary switch for the a/c ? Man this wiring is going to cause me to lose my shit.. all these manufacturers suck at providing wiring diagrams for anything other than junkyard swaps or older relay type setups.... 😭
