I just bought a weighted hula hoop two weeks ago. My friend bought it too and now we have a whatsapp group of 4 people who are all doing a challenge together: from Jan 5th to Feb 5th we will hoop for 5 minutes daily, 6 minutes daily from Feb 6th to March 6th, and so on. My 3-year-old and 9-month-old see me moving my body everyday now, which is exactly what I want to be modeling to them ❤
I just started doing the weighted hula hoop and need some tips! I can’t seem to keep it from falling down! I could do a regular hula hoop back in the day but many years have past! Thanks for any tips!
Do you have a video from the beginning before you added the foot work? I remember when I was a kid I was super frustrated I couldn't make that thing go. But damn that works the body out good and looks like fun. Ya gotta start without the feet going like that I imagine. Please show us how you made it work from the start

People say hula hooping is not effective cause it burns less calories than running. But damn I love hooping cause it's fun and running is not. I would rather spend more time on hooping. 😂
