Same as me. I can’t bend it, it hurt so much. I went in for an X-ray and they said I have arthritis or meniscus and I’m 34 so I’m waiting for an MRI appointment to see from there. I had this knee pain for years. I need good help for my knee pain instead kos I’m avoiding surgery & medication
