I'll try to get a gopro in the near future and redo this. Also, the 2 hangars you see in the beginning in the background behind me are actually where the C8 Corvette was revealed :)
I just got a Mustang and have heard all the talk about how shit the car handles but twice now I've put it through its paces on public roads - some serious curves and hills (I live in the Midwest...no mountains or canyons here) and was actually going a lot faster than advised speed limits without even realizing it and the car handled just fine - could be better but the road surfaces were crap and it's stock so I really can't complain when it's such a smooth ride going that fast through country roads.
I'm here in West Virginia, we have awesome mountains to run. I have a 2019 GT 6 speed and I put a set of MT 275/35/20 fronts 315/35/20 rear and eibach sport line springs, OMG it's like being in a jet the way the car handles now. I'm still gonna add a set of Koni adjustable shocks in the front though, it has a slight bounce when I put the springs on. I enjoy your channel, keep up the good work guy
Those lowering springs will make a world of difference, you may also want to look into front struts cause my experience with any lowering spring, it effects to ride a bit. Oh yeah lol that Steeda spring literally takes 5 minutes to put in lol.
You will never be able to push a mustang to its limit on public roads... You think ur going fast get on a track you'll realize u Weren't even going 30%
Hey on your original video of you taking delivery of this you said this car comes with the MT82, but on the website it says it comes with the Tremec. Do you know what you have?
Life&Fitness Do not get a 2018 at all costs. Extremely unreliable, seems like the 2019’s are the reliable ones because not many people are having issues with them and i wouldnt go with a 2020 because it seems like issues are back as my engine ticks!!! I cant believe it, ticks just like my old 2018 that ford bought back from me. So yeah if I were you I would go for a 2019
Also the 2020’s seem cheaply made, the 2019’s apprently felt very refined and held together but my 2020 rattles so much and the doors feel like they’re breaking when i close them
Twister5.0 Oh my well that changes things a bit. Thanks for the heads up! 19 is a bit out of my budget range so maybe I’ll go with the 17 if that’s a good choice and add the digital gauge and it’ll be a lot cheaper by next year
I noticed in my car the miles to E goes off the last tank and how you drove. I used a full tank just highway cruising and the next time I filled up it was 520km to E. It's usually around 400-450
Cool video. I noticed though that you didn't mention anything regarding your engine ticking noise. Has it gone away or have you just decided to live with it.
@@caffeinatedmotors heck yeah, man! Prepping mine for straight line. Not too many curves around here plus drag racing is in my blood. Much appreciate the sub!
