Like this build!, I want to get my MK7 to around 350-400hp reliably, and this helps. I have a CTS downpipe, stock cat back w/ resonator delete, MST Turbo inlet w/hose connected to,stock air box w/AEM dry filter, I’m running Denso 2 step colder plugs, and Audi TTS coils. I have Ignition coil grounding kit, and planning to do a hybrid turbo, with the same intercooler you’re using. Currently on a JB4 w/ custom Map 6- don’t lane my HP stats, but the car runs really nice. So HPFP, no MPI?… curious as to why?

@@sydemoid hey man thanks for the awesome comment! U have a really nice build! When u install the hybrid turbo, it’s gonna be a completely different car. To answer ur question, when u go bigger turbo and have plans on running an ethanol blend, the upgraded hpfp is needed because you’ll be maxing out the stock fuel system. As to why I’m not mpi, I just felt like that’s overkill considering this is my only vehicle at the moment and I have over 130k miles lol. Reliability is key for me and I’m tired of fixing things over and over again lol. Maybe one day when I get another gti or golf r I’ll go crazy but for right now, my turbo setup and fueling is more than enough, at least for me it is. @@GTInick no worries man, I figured mpi was overkill, but given its benefits, I believe it would also help in decreasing intake temps a bit. I plan on using Tunezilla, or Boosted Dynamics tuning, as it gives me the flexibility of 5 maps, where I can run regular 93, ethanol mix, valet mode, etc. as for the turbo I want to use- too many options! lol, I haven’t heard any disastrous about mamba turbos, I would love a TPC25 for close to stock spool time with an extra kick, TPC38, or CTS IS38 plus- for the ball bearing CHRA… Mabotech 520…. Too many flavors! I’m at 118k miles, and DSG… so already know the TCU will also get a tune.
