1) 12 Overhead Squats
2) 16 Step Back Lunges
B)
20 Rounds (10 Each) you go I go
- 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs for Quality

Definitely going to practice the new standard on bbjo. I’ll try to eliminate that step like you did in the end. Still trying to move slow and controlled so I don’t redline

Hope you enjoyed your birthday Craig! I tried the Burpee Box Jump Overs yesterday, man they're so much more taxing, I did them just like you yesterday and found that if you step in the box for a moment it's less taxing, you'll be slower but I found that my rhythm is better that way

Thanks for this video. I’m really struggling mentally with my workouts. By that I mean overthinking them and psyching myself out and just having a crappy time. Anyone have any advice on top of this? Sounds like you just need to pick a goal and implement various tactics to better yourself.

One of Froning's phrases that I try to keep in my head is "I like it because it sucks!". Try to put that in my head when I don't like a wod. (The one I got from Fraser is "Slow is Smooth, Smooth is Fast" ... didn't originally come from him, but it's a great quote)

Loving the Vlogs Rich. Have you had a old injury to your right knee as there is a different movement to it on your squats around 11:58 onwards. This is not a criticism but just an observation as I have something similar (acl tear)and wanted to see if there is any corrects you can suggest. Great content and always look forward to the next videos.

I"m new to crossfit, coming from bodybuilding world...I like your comment on modifying your workout as many workouts tax your CNS...one question...do you do your heavy lifting before your WOD? or after? I still like the lifting component but sometimes find I've lost some of the stamina for the WOD.

The new burpee standard works to my advantage... I never figured out how to step one leg forward during the moment. It’s the only movement I’ll probably RX in the open. Haha

Your burpee speed and rhythm will increase if you try to replace your hands with your feet....I.e. try bringing your feet closer to where your hands are placed as you return to standing! Good luck and keep posting. Love the vids!

Hey guys, very Important question.. I just found this channel And i have got Some questions.. I Love Fighting (Wrestling boxing bjj etc) so i want To go Go the gym or do crossfit, but i want To Look Good aswell, should i Go To the gym Or do crossfit? Whats the Main differences? Why is Cross fit better for fighting And will i still BE strong when i do Cross fit ? Or will i be weak with better conditioning.. Will i lose To much Weight ? Can i still use Protein powder when i do Cross fit? Thank You
