I love how you explain how the practices are benefitting you, because for me I had trouble seeing coming back to my breath as the meditation I thought just feeling my breath was the meditation and anytime I had to catch myself I would feel like “grrr ok feel breath now”, where as I was forgetting that the fact I was catching myself is so great already! I still am able to get into deep meditative states it’s just hearing this is going to make it much easier going forward.. Thank you Leeor 🙏🏼

Something important is that it is very frequent that (after we change this way of talking to ourselves) we easily return to this self-mutilating pattern in difficult times. And it's normal. We just need to realize it and remind ourselves again that we were lying to ourselves I'm very grateful to live in a period where I have access to speeches as positive as yours... Speaking affirmations out loud and checking myself when I have a negative or destructive thought have been really helpful. I try not to let my thoughts go down a rabbit hole or ruminate on these thoughts but rather shift the energy to speaking highly about myself. At first it felt unnatural but now I am so accustomed to it. I understand the power of the tongue so I know how important this is. Leeor you have helped me so much with this over the years yourself so I must thank you for helping me understand the concept 💫❤️

Watching your videos is always divine timing! Yesterday I was in a situation where old belief patterns were brought up and at first I let myself bring up old feelings ignoring them then I told myself okay how did I feel in the situation? what thought patterns was I having? How does it feel believing those thoughts and belief? Can I be I certainly true that they are true? And lastly who would I be without this belief? And right after I felt like I detached myself from those belief patterns and felt freer! And watching this video today was perfect and Affirming that I did something right and to continue to do so with remembering to give myself compassion and kindness ❤😊
